我妈腰椎长骨刺多年腰部经常痛,吃过药也拉过筋一直 都没效,后来有位朋友介绍"倒退走"的方法可以改善(不 用花钱),于是每天早晚都倒退走20分钟以上,持续1个月 后真的改善很多。
